Summary
A busy, award winning village stores and cafe is looking for a retail assistant to help with the smooth running of the business. Ideally you will be an 'all-rounder' who is able to work unsupervised but also willing to be part of a small, dedicated team. Relevant experience would give you an advantage, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver the very best in customer service are essential. This is a position that is flexible and therefore open to discussion, to suit both the needs of the individual and the business. The working week may include some weekends. The Bircham Stores & Cafe is in a semi-rural location with limited public transport. the ability therefore, to get to and from work, is a fundamental consideration when applying for the position.
