Summary


To work within a team ensuring all patients receive timely and appropriate care, ensuring utilisation of Allied Health Professionals support and guidance to promote a safe and timely discharge.

Maintain current knowledge to ensure compliance with NMC requirements.



Providing patient care and ensuring all activities of daily living are maintained whilst ensuring the patient receives safe and appropriate care.

Linking with all AHP's ensuring the patient receives timely and appropriate.

Ensuring the patient receives their prescribed medications at the correct time.

Participating in a research and audit completion.

Ensuring all knowledge is recorded and up to date via the Trust system.

Working with all AHP's ensuring patient care is provided safely and timely.

Participating in all research and audit for the Trust.

Participating in all Trust iniatives.
