Summary
Routine Clinics Cervical Screening-Perform cervical cytology in line with national guidelines, ensuring high standards of patient care and accurate documentation. Childhood & Adult Immunisations-Deliver vaccinations safely and effectively, following current immunisation schedules and maintaining uptodate knowledge of vaccine protocols. Wound Care- Provide assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic wounds, including dressings, suture removal, and patient education. Chronic Disease Management Support and manage patients with long term conditions such as asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. Undertake annual reviews and personalised care planning. Use evidence based practice to deliver high quality care and promote patient self management. Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to ensure continuity of care and effective person centred management. General Duties Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with practice policies. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary meetings. Contribute to the development of nursing services and practice protocols. Ensure infection control standards and safeguarding responsibilities are upheld. Provide compassionate, patient centred care at all times.
