Summary
The post holder will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing appropriate specialist palliative care support for patients with a life limiting illness, and those important to them. The delivery of education to staff from across the organisation will be a key part of the role; as will undertaking and participating in appropriate, regional and national audits.
