Summary

Teaching Assistant – Day-to-Day Supply, Starting Immediately These flexible opportunities are ideal for Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You will work across multiple schools in Tottenham and the surrounding areas, providing day-to-day support with the potential for longer-term or permanent roles.Duties as Teaching Assistant:

• Support pupils in classroom and small group settings to enhance learning
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Provide one-to-one support for pupils who need additional help
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning strategies
• Help with administrative tasks and classroom organisation
• Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times

Ideal Teaching Assistant:

• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable
• Strong understanding of classroom support and behaviour management
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or have one registered on the Update Service
