Summary
As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Rowallane operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
Salary: £26,793 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week

What it's like to work here
You will be working at Rowallane estate Garden which has grown from its 19th-century beginnings at the hands of Reverend John Moore and his nephew Hugh Armytage Moore. With a number of listed buildings, grounds and gardens there is plenty of history and heritage to help conserve here. The Facilities Team is integral to the services provided and sensitive to the needs of our paying visitors at this property. You will be working as part of a dedicated team and reporting the Facilities Manager to achieve our conservation goals.
