Job Summary
The Advertising Account Manager acts as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring advertising campaigns are planned, executed, and delivered successfully. The role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, meeting campaign objectives, and driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client goals, budgets, and target audiences
Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an Account Manager in advertising or marketing
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Understanding of advertising channels (digital, social, print, media)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–5 years of experience in an advertising agency or marketing environment
