Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our all branches and increase sales.
Plan and manage local and digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, online ads, and in-store promotions.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences for grilled and peri-peri dishes and monitor competitor activities to develop and improve targeted marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with branch managers to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across all locations.
Tracks and evaluates branch sales data to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
Prepares reports on campaign performance and recommends strategies to improve customer engagement and sales.

EXPERIENCE (YEARS): 1-2
EDUCATION: Degree or equivalent
TECHNICAL SKILL(S)/SOFT SKILLS(S): Experience in marketing, preferably in restaurants, food chains, or franchises. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and management skills.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: English (advanced)
