We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated chef with proven experience in high-volume kitchens who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely under the Head Chef, supporting them in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensuring smooth operations during busy service. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards, managing the team, and ensuring consistency across all dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
• Lead and motivate a fast-paced team to deliver excellent results
• Oversee food preparation and service in a high-volume environment
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are always met
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
About You:
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready for the next step
• Strong background in high-volume kitchens
• Able to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
• A natural team player with excellent communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and passionate about food and service excellence
