The Governors and Headteacher of Seaburn Dene Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated Reception Class Teacher to cover maternity leave from April 2026.



The successful candidate will:

have high expectations for all pupils and a strong commitment to raising standards and achievement in the Early Years;
demonstrate secure knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and effective early years practice;
work collaboratively as part of a supportive staff team;
create a happy, safe and inclusive learning environment;
build positive relationships with children, parents, staff and the wider community.
