Summary
Caithness & Sutherland Womens Aid (CASWA) is seeking a dedicated andcompassionate professional to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of women, children, and young people affected by domestic abuse
Salary: £25,218 (based on 35 hours)
Hours: 21–28 per week
Location: Dornoch with frequent travel across Caithness & Sutherland (applicants wishing
to be based in Thurso will also be considered)

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver one-to-one and group support that is person-centred and led by the needs of women, children and young people.
- Collaborate with families, colleagues, and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
- Contribute to awareness-raising initiatives that strengthen understanding of domestic abuse and its impact.
