What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the school’s inclusive vision—ensuring every child belongs, excels, and is celebrated
• Overseeing and evolving SEND provision, with direct impact on pupil progress
• Coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with teachers & support staff to embed inclusive practice
• Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead for vulnerable pupils
• Driving personalised interventions for SEMH, EAL and additional needs cohorts
• Partnering with families, external agencies, and local authorities to unlock opportunity
