• Salary: TMS/UPS with addition of SEND allowance
• Working Hours: 0.7 FTE (equivalent 3 full days and 1 flexible half day)

Role Overview:
Broadwater Church of England Primary is seeking a passionate SENCO to champion our vision of enabling every child to thrive. As SENCO, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving inclusive practice, supporting staff, and ensuring children with additional needs receive the very best opportunities. About the Role:
• Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of SEND provision.
• Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, Equality Act 2010, and safeguarding requirements.
• Coordinate EHCP processes, interventions, and support for pupils with SEND, LAC, and EAL.
• Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to secure excellent outcomes.
• A supportive and inclusive school environment.
• Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.
• A commitment to staff well-being and collaborative working.
• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have completed the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete).
• Demonstrate Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
• Display excellent communication and leadership skills.
