The Best Connection are recruiting a Machine Operative for our client, a family-run manufacturing business located in Atherstone. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to join a supportive production team.

You will primarily be working as a Machine Operative, ensuring machinery is set correctly and running smoothly. You will also support other areas of the business when required.
Duties include:

Setting and operating production machinery

Monitoring machine performance and output

Carrying out additional tasks across the site as needed

Maintaining quality and attention to detail throughout production
Full training will be provided, although previous machine operating experience is advantageous.
