This role is temporary linked to funding although it is hoped that this would be extended
Band 3 (Scp 6-11) FTE - £25,989 - £28,142. Pro rata - £18, 776 - £20, 332
Monday-Friday 08:45-15:30 Term time only
We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive, values-driven school family. The successful candidate will work within our newly established small specialist classes, providing tailored support for a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
You will work closely with class teachers, the SEND team, and external professionals to support the pupil’s learning, communication, and emotional wellbeing, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Experience of working with children with additional needs is desirable, but a caring, patient, and flexible approach is essential.
