Job Role: School Business Manager
Salary: Grade H, Spinal Column Points 29 to 34, £39,862 - £45,091 pro rata (Bar at point 31)
Hours of Work: 36 hours per week (Term Time plus 2 weeks)
The Governors of Russell Scott Primary School invite applications from highly motivated, experienced, knowledgeable, and organised individuals with energy and vision to join our excellent and dedicated team as our new School Business Manager. There will be opportunities to work alongside the current SBM, learning the systems and processes at Russell Scott.

We are open to candidates from the education, public or private sectors who have the right aptitude and who feel confident managing both strategic and operational areas.
The successful candidate will:
Be experienced at school business management, (ideal), or highly relevant finance and resources management (essential)
Be a strategic thinker
Have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of - and manage a team
Have excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Be innovative in using new technology to enhance efficiency and communication
Be excited by the prospect of playing a senior role to support us in advancing our school systems
