Summary
HGV Class 1 Driver working day or night shifts on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern for immediate starts in Evesham on a temp-perm basis
HGV Class 1 Driver Pay rates-
Mon-Fri Days: £170.29 per shift
Sat-Sun Days: £192.99 per shift
Mon-Fri Nights: £192.99 per shift
Sat-Sun Nights: £215.70 per shift
Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book holiday.
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.
Duties of HGV Class 1 Drivers-
- Delivering to Aldi distribution centres
- 1-3 drops per shift
- Handball on deliveries of cages/pallets
- Modern, well looked after trucks
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- You will need to pass a driving assessment and complete a site induction
Start times can vary but flexibility is ideal. Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.
The customer is looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers who are flexible to work Monday-Friday and weekends and be flexible towards the work due to support their customer's needs.
The ideal HGV Class 1 Driver will have-
- A valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving License
- A minimum of 6 Months experience is essential
- Valid CPC Card
- Valid Digital Card
- Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.
