Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Panel Wireman with IPC 620 Certification to work with our client based on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
Pay rate: £18.69 per hour
Role Profile
- Panel Wiremen with an ability to effectively read wiring schematics in order to fully wire a range of subsea power systems to IPC 620 standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining company build standards at all times
- Building complex electrical / mechanical assemblies through the application of reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Wiring to IPC 620
- Rework, repair and modify electro-mechanical assemblies, test units and products
- Work as part of an effective team of engineers and technicians
- Develop experience in working directly with clients and their technical requirements
- Develop customer relationships from initial design to end product build and test.
Experience / Skill Set
- Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with engineering environment, specifically low volume, high complexity production
- Ability to share information effectively be guided and learn from example
- Attention to detail, flexibility and ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement
