We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our team at Gotts Park - Yorkshire Supported Living.
Supported Living in Leeds provides eighteen tenancies, the service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. The service offers personalised and tailored support in a private space, allowing the people we support to hold their own tenancy with a registered housing association.We know how important it is for individuals to have the right support so they can live the life they want to live.
We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. This specialist service supports individuals who may have been previously detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement with in the local community.
Based at Supported Living in Leeds, you will help to keep our essential care teams organised and supported to ensure they are able to provide the highest standards of care to the people who use our services, working Monday to Friday 9-5.
Your Day-to-Day...
- Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
- Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard
- Keep files & records as required
- Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
- Occasional minute taking at meetings & taking notes for meetings as & when required
- Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.
You are...
- An administrator with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health
- Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
- Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
- A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet.
