Summary

We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our Eastern South Construction team based in Essex.

Location: Essex

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring construction accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the successful delivery of our projects. You'll work collaboratively with project teams, applying your technical expertise to solve problems and ensure work is completed to the highest standards.

What will you be responsible for? As a Site Engineer, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering quality projects on time and to specification. Your day to day will include:

-Establishing and maintaining setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate construction.

-Recording and testing workmanship and materials, maintaining comprehensive quality records.

-Providing engineering support to resolve technical problems and queries.

-Preparing sketches and as-built drawings for clear communication on site.

-Contributing to health and safety implementation, ensuring a safe working environment.

What are we looking for? This role of Site Engineer is great for you if:

-You hold a CSCS card and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.

-You have an engineering or related qualification.

-You are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body (e.g. CIOB, ICE).

-You can demonstrate experience in a site operational role.

-You enjoy collaborative work and building supportive relationships with colleagues.
