We’re looking for a UK DMP Case Administrator to join our DMP UK team and support clients throughout their Debt Management Plan
journey. This role plays a vital part in ensuring plans run smoothly by managing case administration, maintaining accurate
records, and coordinating communication between clients and creditors.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail are key to achieving
positive outcomes for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Case Administrator here at PayPlan:
* Providing administrative support to clients across the full lifecycle of their Debt Management Plan
* Communicating with clients and creditors via phone, email, live chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and internal systems
* Gathering and updating client information, including income and expenditure details
* Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring all documentation is completed and processed correctly
* Preparing and sending documentation to clients and creditors for approval
* Managing ongoing payments and general case administration
* Conducting annual reviews and updating plans when client circumstances change
* Identifying risks or issues and escalating them promptly to the Team Manager
* Working within FCA regulations and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally you will have knowledge of debt solutions and relevant regulatory requirements (including TCF and complaints handling)
* Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to show empathy and professionalism
* Confidence in assessing client information and maintaining accurate records
* Comfortable working across multiple communication channels and IT systems
* A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
* A collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
