The Best Connection is currently recruiting experienced Van Drivers for a prestigious client based in Spennymoor. This is an excellent opportunity offering temporary to permanent work for the right candidate.
The Role: Van Driver
- Monday to Friday
- Early starts between 04:00 - 06:00
- Driving a 3.5T van on planned delivery routes
- Deliveries may include inside customers' homes
- Manual handling involved - work can be heavy
- Ensure full compliance with security and operational procedures
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category B)
- Experience driving a van in a professional capacity preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to pass a DBS check
Pay Rates (PAYE)
- £13.85 per hour - first 46 hours per week
- £16.74 per hour - overtime after 46 hours
