Summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for an experienced Butcher for our Wolverhampton-based client.

Immediate start available.

Pay rate: £14.50 per hour

Working hours:

Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00AM - 4:00PM

Long-term, ongoing work

Duties include:

Preparing, cutting and trimming meat to a high standard

Serving customers at the shop-front counter

Advising customers on cuts of meat and cooking methods

Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness

Keeping displays well stocked, clean and presentable

Other general butchery and shop duties as required

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous butchery experience (shop-front essential)

Be confident and professional when dealing with customers

Have good knowledge of meat cuts and preparation

You will be working as part of a small team, supporting the smooth and efficient running of shop-front operations.
