Summary
Beaudesert Park School, set in 30 acres on Minchinhampton Common, Gloucestershire, is one of the county’s leading independent co-educational day & flexi boarding schools for children aged 3 to 13.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domestic Manager to lead our Housekeeping, Matron and School Nurse teams, in addition to managing the interface with our school catering provider, to ensure the delivery of high quality and efficient services. The postholder will also contribute to the organisation and smooth delivery of school events.
We are seeking a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and people management skills. You must be highly organised, IT literate and have a keen eye for detail. Experience of managing a budget and the procurement of supplies and services is essential. Previous independent school experience and experience of managing events would be preferred.
The position is to commence towards the end of April and is full-time 40 hours per week, term-time only (plus 2 – 3 additional days at the start of each term). Some flexibility will be required for school events which may take place on evenings or weekends.
