Candidates should be well motivated, show initiative and have a flexible attitude towards the duties of the post & work that needs to be carried out at the school. Knowledge of the Welsh language would be desirable. The successful candidate will be required to:Take a lead role in planning, development, design, organisation and monitoring of support systems/ proceduresLine Management responsibilities where appropriateLiaise between managers/teaching staff and support staffHold regular team meetings with managed staffUndertake induction/appraisal/training/mentoring for other staff as appropriateTake lead role in the development and maintenance of record/information systems including Vison, SIMS, Plasc
