Hours: 23 hours. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4 days. 8:30am – 12.00 and 13.00 – 3:15pm (1 hour lunch break)
Contract type: Fixed-term until 31st August 2026 (in the first instance)
Reporting to: Headteacher
Location: Iron Acton Primary CE Primary School in the first instance. This is an appointment to the Trust and you could be required to work in any school in the Trust

The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in their learning journey.
The successful candidate will:
• Assist in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children’s social and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

• Has a sound understanding of teaching phonics.

• Communicates effectively with both children and adults.
