Summary

Are you a hardworking individual seeking a contract on the East Yorkshire coast? We are currently recruiting for a general labourer to join an active site team on a high-quality residential development in Hornsea.

The Role and Responsibilities:

You will provide essential support to the site management team and various trades to ensure the development remains safe and efficient. Your duties will include:

  • Site Housekeeping: Ensuring walkways are clear, managing waste, and keeping plots tidy for incoming trades.
  • Material Handling: Moving and distributing building materials across the site safely.
  • Trade Support: Assisting bricklayers, joiners, and groundworkers with manual tasks as required.
  • Safety: Adhering to all site-specific Health & Safety regulations and maintaining a clean working environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid CSCS Card: Essential for all candidates.
  • Experience: Previous experience on a new build housing site is highly preferred.
  • Attitude: A reliable, "can-do" work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • PPE: Must have your own full Personal Protective Equipment (Hard hat, hi-vis, steel toe boots).
  • Location: Ideally based in or around Hornsea, Skipsea, or Brandesburton for easy commuting.
