Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, enthusiastic and credible Lead Tissue Viability Nurse to lead out Tissue Viability Teams across the Humber Health Partnership to cover for maternity leave.
The post holder will be based at Hull Royal Infirmary but expected to work at Grimsby, Scunthorpe , Goole and Castle Hill to support and lead the service.
We manage Acute Services at Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Goole.
The Lead Nurse Tissue Viability will provide the expertise and capacity to Lead the Tissue Viability Service (TVN) across the Group and support the clinical teams to provide the required standards of patient care.They will help to design and implement new ways of working that will improve thequalityof the care provided to patientsinconjunctionwiththeproductiveandeffectiveuseofresources.The Lead Nurse Tissue Viabilitywillalsobekeyin undertaking an independent quality assurance role on behalf of the Chief Nurse.
The role will be based at Hull Royal Infirmary working a minimum of 2 days clinically as part of the HUTH TVN rota with the remaining time spent leading and developing the team across the Group
