Summary
The Assistant Technical Officer is responsible for the day-to-day support to the Electronics & Medical Engineering Department function and staff; duties include: Management of stock Commissioning of new devices Disposal of redundant equipment Collection/Return of devices to wards and departments. Creating and updating of tasks in the Trust Asset Management System The maintenance of a range of basic medical electronic devices including electrical safety testing, routine service/calibration and minor device repair.
