Summary
Women’s Health are looking for a Divisional Support Assistant to join the team at Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate.
This is a high-profile role that is integral to the smooth daily running of our wards and services.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and organized with an excellent attention to detail.

PLEASE NOTE - WE CANNOT OFFER VISA SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE AS THIS IS A PART TIME VACANCY AND WILL NOT MEET THE SALARY THRESHOLD.
If you hold a Graduate/Post Study work visa, you will only be able to work this role fixed term until the expiry date of your visa.
To be responsible for the organisation and maintenance of clinical staff rotas for the Women's Health team to ensure a safe and effective service that is also cost effective.
To support in the administration and monitoring of clinical staff's annual leave/study leave and any sickness in accordance with the Trust Policy. To monitor all mandatory and statutory training and remind clinical staff in sufficient time of any upcoming training requirements.
To collate, record and process the booking of locum medical staff in line with Standing Financial Instructions for the trust.
To highlighting any current and future risk in rostering of clinical staff ensuring skill mix and all unfilled shifts are filled or mitigated.
To organise and participate in medical staffing induction programmes for Women's Health.
