Summary

We're looking for a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor to join our Anglian Water IOS team based in East Anglia



Location: Norwich, Norfolk- plus travel to sites/ offices within the East Anglia region (Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire)

Hours: 45 hours per week



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



Join our collaborative team as a SHE Advisor and make a meaningful difference to our safety culture. Working within the Anglian Water Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) framework, you'll play a vital role in supporting our teams to deliver projects safely and effectively across East Anglia.



What will you be responsible for?

As a SHE Advisor, you'll be working within the IOS SHE team, supporting them in promoting safety, ensuring risk mitigation and driving SHE performance improvement.



Your day to day will include:

-Providing advice and guidance on health, wellbeing and environmental topics to operational teams

-Supporting the development of safety management systems while collaborating with various stakeholders

-Ensuring effective investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses

-Work closely with the operational teams to support them in fulfilling their SHE responsibilities

-Contributing to continuous SHE improvements across the alliance



What are we looking for?

This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if you hold:

-Experience within the construction, infrastructure or utilities industries

-NEBOSH Level 3 certificate or equivalent qualification

-Full driving licence to travel across the region
