Branch Manager RoleAs Branch Manager, you will lead and develop an established team of three, driving performance across both sales and lettings while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Branch Manager Key Responsibilities-
Lead, manage and motivate a team of Negotiators and Listers

Contribute to the strategic growth of the branch and wider business
What They Are Looking ForEssential:

Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Negotiator ready to step up

Track record of delivering results in residential sales and/or lettings
