Branch Manager Role

As Branch Manager, you will lead and develop an established team of three, driving performance across both sales and lettings while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Branch Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of Negotiators and Listers


  • Drive performance across both sales and lettings pipelines


  • Maximise revenue, market share and branch profitability


  • Coach and develop the team through hands-on leadership


  • Maintain exceptional service standards and client relationships


  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the branch and wider business


    What They Are Looking For

    Essential:

    • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Negotiator ready to step up


    • Strong leadership and team management capability


    • Track record of delivering results in residential sales and/or lettings


    • High energy, driven and commercially focused


      Desirable:

      • Experience managing both sales and lettings teams


      • Ambition to progress into senior leadership / business partnership
