Office Administrator - Holt
Full time Role - Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
A Solicitors practice with a strong reputation throughout East Anglia is opening a new office in Holt and is seeking to recruit a highly organised and motivated office Administrator to their team.
This is a key new role within the business, supporting the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations.
As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and will need to manage your time effectively while prioritising tasks. You will work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will represent the firm and be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the reception area and welcoming clients and visitors as well as answering and redirecting calls or taking messages.
- Opening, scanning and distributing post
- Taking outgoing post to the post office each afternoon
- Preparing and sending quotes and opening files on the computer system.
- Filing and archiving documents
-Carrying out ID and compliance checks
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proven administrative skills with the ability to multitask and maintain excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a Solicitors or professional services business would be beneficial but not essential as long as experience of working in administration work can be demonstrated.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also managing their own workload effectively
-A proactive approach with the ability to work on their own initiative
-Excellent customer service skills with a personable and friendly personality,
