visionary, commercially minded Business Manager to lead this unique, multifaceted venue. This is not your everyday management
role—it's a one‑of‑a‑kind opportunity to shape the future of a beloved destination that blends theatre, events, hospitality, and
community vibrancy. If you are energised by challenge, driven by purpose, and thrive in an environment where no two days are the
same, this could be your next extraordinary chapter.

About the Role

* Drive commercial performance through smart decision‑making, financial oversight, and continuous improvement.
* Shape an engaging programme of entertainment, events, and hospitality.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, care, and excellence—aligned with LED’s mission, vision, and values.

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward‑thinking leader with both strategic vision and hands‑on capability

What You’ll Bring

* Strong background in F&B operations and large-scale events
* Confident people leadership and team development skills
* Solid commercial acumen with full P&L accountability
* Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills
* Personal licence and Level 3+ Food Hygiene (within last 3 years)
* Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills

Desirable: Relevant hospitality or events qualifications, community involvement, and experience in values-driven organisations.

What We Offer

* Lead a high-profile coastal venue with strong community impact
* Varied, exciting workload with room for innovation
* Support from specialist teams and development opportunities within LED Group
* Be part of an organisation reinvesting in local communities

Team Benefits

* Annual leave starting from 23 days (pro rata), rising to 28 days with tenure, plus bank holidays
