Job Description:
Are you a compassionate and experienced Nursing Home Manager looking to make a real difference in people's lives?
If so this opportunity could be the perfect match, the home is set within its own grounds with beautiful gardens. They offer Nursing care to the elderly on either a short term or long term basis.
You will be supported by a clinical lead and team of nurses

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is:
• A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
• Experienced in care home management (previous Registered Manager experience is essential)
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care
• A strong leader with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable of safeguarding, DoLS, and CQC standards
• Skilled in written, oral, and IT communications
