Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to work within our Development Management Service.


The successful applicant will support both the Development Management and Land Charges divisions within the service, providing property information for searches and support in the processing of planning applications. If you have the ability to effectively time manage, learn quickly, and adapt to changing work processes, we want to hear from you.


Applicants should possess good written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail, along with the ability to interpret detailed information and plans. The successful applicant will be able to work flexibly on a wide range of complex administrative and technical tasks, both independently and as part of a team, to meet challenging targets
