Summary

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for improving homes, supporting communities, and driving high-quality services?

Sunderland Care and Support is seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities and Home Improvement Manager to lead our Home Improvement Agency (HIA) and Estates functions, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and customer-centred services across the city.

This is a key leadership role within our Prevention and Equipment Services division, supporting the Head of Operations and contributing to the wider company strategy.

Sunderland Care and Support is a local authority trading company owned by Sunderland City Council, which provides a wide range of services to support vulnerable adults and children to lead the lives they choose.

This is an opportunity to lead a highly motivated and supportive team within the Home Improvement Agency. This team provides a service that supports customers to maintain, repair, adapt or extend their homes and manage projects in group homes or commercial buildings.
