Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repair: Carrying out scheduled servicing, oil changes, brake and suspension repairs, clutch replacements, engine timing belt / timing chain replacements and various other vehicle related repairs.
- Explaining and reporting issues, providing quotes and advising on the appropriate vehicle care.
- Road testing vehicles and performing final checks after repairs, to ensure quality and achieve a first-time fix.
- Keeping records and identifying component parts.
- Feedback resolutions to customer service advisors.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid UK manual driving license
- Ability to provide a friendly customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Demonstrated experience as a vehicle technician/mechanic with cars.
