JOB PURPOSE:
To help create a friendly, welcoming, caring environment for customers of the Community Campus in particular the sports facilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Duties
Key Tasks
• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the desired image of the Campus in particular the Sports Facilities through a welcoming, friendly approach to customers
• To ensure the safe of customers through encouraging safe recreation and activity
• To attend First Aid cases, administering remedial treatment as may be defined in the Campus Normal Operating Procedure and Emergency Action Plan
• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the centre at all times
• Setting up and breaking down of equipment
Training
Key Tasks
• To attend regular staff training sessions, be they held in-house or externally
General
Key Tasks
• To ensure you are physically fit to carry out your duties at all times
• Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines
• To carry out other reasonable duties as may be required
