We are seeking an Early Years Learning Support Assistant for a supportive primary school in Hertford
The Role- Afternoons only
- 1:1 support with a child in Early Years
- Based in Hertford, Hertfordshire
- Start date: 2.2.26 – until Easter 26
- Possibility to continue until July 26
- Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team
- Previous SEN experience
- Dedicated indoor and outdoor Early Years learning areas
- Located in an urban area with good public transport links, suitable for non-drivers
- Easy access via local road networks
- Nurturing and well-structured Early Years environment
- Ofsted notes that children feel safe, are well supported, and settle quickly into school life
- A strong commitment to the role for the full duration
- Experience supporting children with SEN needs
- Confidence in providing dedicated 1:1 support
- A calm, patient, and nurturing approach that encourages learning and development
- Our support and experience as the primary specialist working in partnership with Herts Education
