Summary
Were excited to be launching a brand-new CQC-registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This marks a major milestone as Everyturn expands its services into London for the first time. Our 12-14 bed, clinically led community rehabilitation service will provide 24/7 support to people with complex mental health needs, delivering care in a safe, well-governed, and recovery-focused environment. This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service About the role As Operational Support, youll play a key role in supporting the Service Manager with the organisation and development of the service, focusing on non-clinical compliance, governance, and operational delivery. Youll help ensure the service runs smoothly day to day, enabling staff to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care. You will: Complete non-clinical compliance and governance tasks under the guidance of the Service Manager Support rota management, ensuring supervision and training time is appropriately planned Work collaboratively across the wider Operational Support team within Nursing Services Contribute to improving and standardising operational processes across services Liaise with Central Support teams to resolve compliance and operational issues Support data collection, audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting Assist with preparing evidence for reviews and external inspections About you: We'd love to hear from you if you possess the following: GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) and a commitment to CPD Experience of compliance, governance, or operational support within a care setting Strong understanding of health and social care requirements, including GDPR and confidentiality Excellent organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Confidence managing multiple priorities with resilience and professionalism Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills (MS Office / CRM systems) What we offer in return We are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
