Summary
For further information, please refer to the Job Description/Person Specification Education - Be responsible for high quality teaching and the facilitation of student learning, using an innovative and reflective approach to education. This includes: Designing and delivering specific teaching sessions and study days both in the classroom and through e-learning using a range of appropriate teaching strategies to suit the level of learners, the setting, and the topic, including technology-enhanced and experiential learning, one-toone coaching, large and small group teaching, seminars, and simulation of clinical situations. Participating in the development of teaching in the School, sharing and reflecting on ideas and experiences; mentoring colleagues; evaluating teaching activity and outcomes. Participating in Peer Review of teaching, receiving, and giving supportive feedback and adviceto help sustain and enhance the quality of teaching in the School. Being involved in the evaluation of teaching and learning activities, ensuring that education and practice are linked. If qualified, provide academic leadership and support to module/ programme / curriculum development and delivery. Develop and deliver culturally sensitive non-accredited education and training to a global audience.
