Summary
As a Community Health Care Assistant / Phlebotomist, you will support various community services by visiting patients in their homes to deliver primary care services. Your responsibilities will include: Performing venepuncture to collect blood samples and conducting urinalysis. Monitoring blood pressure and conducting pulse oximetry checks. Measuring height, weight, and calculating BMI. Completing annual diabetic reviews and checks. Accurately recording patient notes and test results.
