Summary

KS1 Teacher – Day-to-day supply from as soon as possibleThese flexible opportunities are ideal for KS1 Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings.Duties as KS1 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess pupil progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
• Communicate with parents and carers regarding pupil development

Ideal KS1 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching KS1 in UK primary schools
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and child development
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible and proactive attitude to working across different settings
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
