THE ROLE
100% Work From Home
Make 250+ outbound calls per day
Contact customers to review their life insurance policies
Qualify and book policy reviews
Work with scripts, CRM, and dialler systems
Hit daily and weekly performance targets
This is a fast-paced, results-driven sales role.
PAY & EARNINGS
Commission-based structure
Earn £35 – £400 per qualified lead
Uncapped earning potential
Paid weekly
Basic salary may be offered to consistent top performers after proven results.
Basic pay is not guaranteed and is performance-based.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
✅ Proven outbound telesales / call centre sales experience
✅ Comfortable with 250+ calls per day
✅ Confident objection handling and closing skills
✅ Own laptop/PC and professional headset
✅ Reliable internet & quiet workspace
✅ Self-motivated and target-driven
