We are recruiting experienced telesales professionals for a high-volume outbound role reviewing life insurance policies.
This is not an entry-level position. Only applicants with real phone sales experience should apply.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Working 100% remotely
Making 250+ outbound calls daily
Speaking with customers about reviewing their life insurance cover
Booking qualified review appointments
Using sales scripts and CRM systems
Working to strict performance targets
This is a results-focused sales environment.
YOUR EARNINGS
Commission-based pay structure
Earn £35 – £400 per qualified lead
No earning cap
Basic salary available for consistent top performers
Basic pay is performance-based and not guaranteed.
You earn what you deliver.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
✅ Minimum 6 months outbound telesales experience
✅ Proven history of hitting targets
✅ Strong objection-handling skills
✅ Comfortable with high call volumes
✅ Own laptop/PC and quality headset
✅ Stable internet & quiet workspace
✅ Highly motivated and self-managed
