THE ROLE
100% Work From Home
Outbound calling (250+ calls per day)
Contacting customers to review their life insurance policies
Booking qualified policy reviews
Using CRM systems and proven sales scripts
Working to daily and weekly targets
This is a fast-paced, target-driven sales role.
EARNINGS
Commission-only structure
Earn £35 – £400 per qualified lead
Uncapped earning potential
Basic wage available for top performers only
A basic salary may be offered after proven performance.
It is not guaranteed and is awarded only to consistent high achievers.
Your income depends on your results.
REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)
✅ Proven outbound telesales / call centre sales experience
✅ Confident handling objections and closing
✅ Comfortable making 250+ calls per day
✅ Self-motivated and target-driven
✅ Own laptop/PC and professional headset
✅ Reliable internet & quiet home workspace
✅ Able to work independently
❌ No outbound sales experience = Do not apply

You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance
