- Lead and manage the contract, ensuring operational delivery, excellent customer experience and strong alignment with organisational values.
- Build productive, transparent relationships with customers, fulfilling contractual commitments and operational requirements.
- Manage contract P and L, financial performance and governance frameworks to meet profit and cash targets.
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities through innovation, continuous improvement and commercial awareness.
- Lead and develop colleagues across diverse teams, fostering an inclusive culture that supports engagement, capability building and performance.
- Ensure safety, compliance and risk management standards are met, always promoting a safe working environment.

Vetting and checks: This role requires BPSS clearance, which involves identity verification, employment history, and criminal record checks to meet government security standards. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be required to ensure we can offer appropriate support for your wellbeing and performance.
