Job Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager on behalf of a well-established care provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
This is a permanent, full-time management role offering stability, strong organisational support, and genuine opportunities for development.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management of a residential care home
Full accountability for quality of care, safeguarding, and compliance
Leading, motivating, and developing a multidisciplinary care team
Ensuring person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence
Maintaining CQC compliance and preparing for inspections
Supporting continuous improvement and service development
Managing staffing, supervision, and performance
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
About You
Proven experience as a Care Home Manager / Registered Manager
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
Passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-led care
Confident, resilient, and professional approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
