Person Specification
• Experienced Pharmacy Dispenser/Technician with strong dispensary leadership skills
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services/equivalent
• Confident, proactive and capable of leading a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Enthusiastic about improving processes and supporting staff development
